The challenge
Where growth was leaking
Spend was spread across broad, overlapping campaigns with no negative-keyword hygiene and tracking that couldn't tell a qualified lead from a form-fill. Reporting was a black box, so no one trusted the channels.

- Rebuilt search into a tight, intent-mapped architecture with proper negative-keyword governance
- Mapped every lead to its true source and built a clean lead-quality feedback loop
- Separated brand, non-brand and competitor intent so budgets stopped cannibalising
