It starts with an audit and a strategy, then moves into building and scaling. Most work is an ongoing monthly retainer, though I also run fixed-scope audits and growth sprints.
Primarily Google (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) and Meta (Advantage+ and structured campaigns), wrapped in proper tracking, automation and conversion work. The mix always follows the strategy.
I direct and test creative as part of the growth system — concepts, angles and iteration — and work with designers and editors to produce it. Creative is the biggest lever in paid today.
